FREE Stone Fruit Trees from Adara Research Project – Dig Your Own
Date: Feb 16, 2019 Saturday (and Feb 17, 2019 Sunday, 10 AM – 1 PM only if trees are remaining)
Time: 10 AM – 1 PM
Location: Sunrise Ridge Orchard, 10030 SW 210th St
Misc: Each tree includes (1) variety each of Sweetheart Cherry, Italian Plum, Orange Red Apricot, Frost Peach and Prima Almond on 1 of 6 rootstocks: Gisela 3 (3 feet), Gisela 5 (10 feet), Gisela 7 (10 feet), Krymsk 1 (10 feet), Weiroot 72 (3 feet), P. Cera (vigorous). Some trees are big. You must bring your own tools for digging and containers for transport. If you need assistance, bring a friend. FREE Van Ride to WWFRF Winter Field Day (Mt Vernon, WA)

Anthracnose Presentation in Snohomish County (Car pool wanted)
Our sister club in Snohomish County has a speaker on Feb 14, 2019 Thursday who has been experimenting for 6 years with using petroleum jelly to treat anthracnose. A member is hoping someone else is interested to car pool. Bulk Strawberry Plant Order Our club is again accepting the kind offer to join the Snohomish County Fruit Club’s bulk order of bare root strawberry plants at approximately $2.50 per 10 pack. There are two varieties: Albion and Seascape.
